My Holistic Life Coaching Services uses an integrative approach to both diet and lifestyle changes to improve your health holistically. I coach you toward an overall healthier life, by working with your nutrition patterns, relationships, physical fitness, and spirituality.
Some clients need more help getting in touch with their “intuitive” side. In this case we focus mainly on meditative practices to hone your self-awareness to help you problem solve challenges and align and balance yourself.
Whatever your specific needs, we develop a program together to get YOUR desired results. 💗

I’m so excited to be opening my new Home Studio in Deer Park! I grew up in the east coast between New York and Nova Scotia, and graduated from CCMH in Bedford NS in 2003. Kneaded Bodywork Wellness has been my own business since 2004, mostly just me, and through the years there have been other therapists, estheticians, and even stylists. I have worked with Aveda most of the 20 years I have been a therapist.

Along with traditional massage therapies, I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner, specifically practicing Abhyanga & Shirodhara, Sound Healer, Chakra Balancer (using chakra singing bowls), Crystal Therapist, and offer Psychosomatic Release Massage.

I have also had the honour of working in a well respected physio clinic in NS for 2+ years, affording me a well-rounded sports therapy/ rehab therapy background.

I moved to Red Deer March of 2022 and absolutely love the people and the green spaces here! I love hiking, running, fat biking and everything else outdoors.
